75 % Bench Max Reps
Ring Dips x 25
70% Max Reps
HSPU x 25

then,

225# Back Squat x 15
Air Squats x 25
225# Back Squat x 10
25 Walking Lunges
225# Back Squat x 5
20" Box Jumps x 25

    The bench sets were pretty lame,
    245-8/ 235-2/ 225-5
    Probably need to incorporate some more upper body strength this winter.
